I spent six nights at this hotel recently and would return again and again. After visiting Viña for over 30 years this is the best place yet. Very friendly staff and a clean and pleasant hotel. The Cerro Castillo is near the city below but is set apart - which is one of this hotel's charms. More

The place is a bit old fashion but all in all ok. We had no problems to find it due it is located very visible uphill. Great view from the room, quiet area of town, german speaking lady owns the place, everybody friendly and helpful. More

The Residencia is a good value for the money. The ocean facing rooms have wonderful views and the rooms are clean and homey, if a bit old-fashioned.
