A lovely traditional hostal, so sure of its appeal that it hands out "review us on Trip Advisor" leaflets as you leave! They should; it really is a little gem. Hostal de Su Merced is very understated from the outside, in fact you could walk past without realising that it existed. Once you walk through the entrance you enter another world. We stayed here for two nights in a junior suite. The rooms are charming, nicely decorated and furnished. The beds are large and comfortable. Breakfast is good as is the room service. Close to the main square. Charming, helpful staff. We asked to extend our stay here but unfortunately they were fully booked and we could understand why.

In truth this is one fantastic hotel. Such style n ambience. Lovely old Spanish style building. Bedrooms are lovely and functional. Staff very helpful. BUT they do need to look at improving the quality of the breakfasts. It just lets the place down.
