the room smelled of cigarette smoke residue even though it's a smoke free room that we stayed in and the bathroom had this ugly groossly dirty-looking piece of beehive metal/ wood hanging below the lighting source - you can see it when you stand by the sink . They need to get rid of it -yuk!! More
