We never have any problems when we stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean. The hotel is in he perfect location -- easy to get in and out of the parking lot. We always come back to this hotel when we are visiting family in the Auburn Hills area.

Even when the lobby was under major construction, this hotel is excellent overall, staff, amenities, ambiance, and beyond. The restaurant is very good and very convenient. Potential for improvement would ne to add some more items to the menu.

as our title staes the property was understaffed and seemed to be overwelmed with the amount of patrons. they were very cordial in their attemp to cope but wore thin as more patrons arrived. We also had room service for breakfast that was completly cold.

This Hilton Hotel was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the rooms were really nice and well decorated.
