Pros -comfortable, roomy, inexpensive, nice efficiency apartments, located near lots of restaurants and attractions, just off I-75, free WiFi, extremely nice staff, workout room, pet friendly Cons -a little noisy, no continental breakfast, somewhat thin walls...light sleepers may have a few issues...I didn't. We had 2 rooms from Dec. 28-30 for a shopping trip. The rooms met our needs perfectly for the price. It is not fancy, there is no pool or breakfast.
