This hotel has seen better days, and might need some attention. Some colleagues has problems with showers in the morning, such as not having hot water or not having water at all. Staff was so-so. More

I stayed in this hotel for three days, found the rooms to be huge, and very comfortable, excellent breakfast included in the rate, the staff was friendly and helpful ( dont speak spanish), location was perfect for my business trip, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. More

The accomodations are very old. It appears to have been luxurious one day, but not anymore. The room is dusty and my friend got an allergy from being there. The Gran Hotel looks very grand from the outside, and the reception people are very friendly. However, there were several disappointments during our stay. The service people say they will do things and then don't - they said they would replace my broken refrigerator four times, but never showed up.
