We stayed in Parklane during the Cambodia new year 2013 and this is simply the right choice in terms of value for money. The staff were very enthusiastic and very helpful about where to go, book the tux tux, etc.. The hotel is also near the night market (about 8mins walking).

The Parklane Hotel was undoubtedly one of the most hospitable places we have visited in Asia so far. The staff is very positive, friendly, and always helpful. Nothing seems to be a problem - early check-in, tourist info, sightseeing arrangements, printing e-tickets after our flight schedule changed, keeping the luggage on the last day. We really appreciated all their kindness... More

One of the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable budget hotels I've stayed in. Reception staff were fantastic - incredibly helpful and with a huge amount of local knowledge and info readily available. Its in a great spot and pretty near the main hub of town (Pub St etc) and there are always tuk tuks waiting out front. Rooms (like the reception... More

I stayed at Parklane for three nights. It was so wonderful to be able to chill out in a room with a large and comfortable bed, clean sheets, great TV, AC and WiFi in the room after a long and hot day at the temples. The shower was good with hot water. The staff at the front desk were very... More

Extremely Low In Price But Extravagantly Comfortable, Clean, Value-For-Money, Friendly & Personal Plus Strategically Located. These basically summarize this hotel. The room was big and well designed and constructed. The cleanliness was first class with extremely clean room service. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. All request for assistance and additional request for towel, floor mat, drinking... More

I stayed at the Parklane in the beginning of March 2013. The location is good, but not on the main drag. Which is good to get a quiet night's sleep. You have to walk about 10 minutes or take a $1 tuk-tuk to get to the bars, and night markets. But there was a great grocery store just 2 blocks... More

Our first impression of Parklane wasn't amazing---the rooms were a bit dirty, there were no towels in our room, the air-conditioning didn't work (huge issue in a place that boasts an average daily temperature of 40 degrees C), mosquitoes mysteriously disturbing our sleep. That being said, two things buoyed our sentiments toward the place: 1) the realization that we are... More

Very nice and friendly staff who always ask if everything was alright or if you need anything. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and overall very quiet. Located close to main market and restaurant/bar area..about 10 minute walk. However if a single male, take tuk tuk home at night ($1) to avoid being groped by teams of female(looking) pick pockets.

This hotel for the price was quite nice. It was clean and had a great breakfast. The staff here was very helpful. It was a 10 min walk to the main area but there was always a tuk tuk who would take you for $1. I will definitely stay here again when I go back.
