Stay there for 2 nights and every thing made us disapointed. The bed is ok but the room is just normal; staff was really bad; do not know what to do in the place and provide no information for our trip. I have never given bad words about any hotel but this is totally place that doesn't deserve a better... More

When I first planned to visit Cambodia, I certainly did not expect to find world-class facilities in this former war torn country. However, my assumption was proven to be wrong when I arrived at the Angkor Monoreach Hotel. I had a good first impression when I walked into the hotel's lobby for the first time. The surrounding and ambiance was... More

Stayed here while our visit to Siem Reap. The environment of the hotel was nice, clean, comfortable with very friendly staffs who can speak fluent English. The service provided was good and satisfying. The hotel location is also near to all the places of interest in Siem Reap ie the Angkor Archaeological Park, Cambodian Cultural Village, Night Market and so... More

The Monoreach is a very comfortable hotel with a good pool area. The staff are very friendly and do their best to please, though we certainly got the feeling that Cambodia’s tourist industry is in its infancy. The pricing for food and drink was fair but we soon discovered that if you are willing to venture into town things become... More

The fact that there were no safes in the rooms was a nuisance, but the rest of our stay there was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a short tuk-tuk ride into town. Nice pool and rooms clean. We had an electric jug in our room but no tea or coffee (we bought our own in town). More

I wish I had read the reviews on Trip Advisor prior to staying at this hotel! We have just returned from 1 month touring around Vietnam and Cambodia. As with all our international travel, we generally choose our accommodation from reading the reviews on Trip Advisor and have never been disappointed. However, this Monoreach was recommended to us by the... More

Very disappointed with this hotel. Stayed 1 week in mid-September. No gym as advertised. No tea/coffee in room although advertised, told we would have to pay for it. Very noisy hotel. Other guests yelling outside our door at 5am. and 1am. Took 2 days to change our room. Unfriendly staff. Would not recommend this hotel. Although it looks good on... More

Stayed in Apr 05. Good clean hotel with very sweet staff. A few of them are not strong with English but you get by with no problem. A couple of shops inside (nice silk bags ladies). Restaurant serves a nice Amok fish at lunchtime (coconut fish). Rooms decent enough size, clean, pleasant neutral decor and nice air con (a blessing... More
