This hotel was WONDERFUL. We stayed here with a large group and the owner was so accommodating. He gave us a great price and it really is a beautiful and nice hotel. The rooms were big and clean. The beds were comfortable and there was a fridge and AC in our room that worked great. The pool is nice and... More

The staff at prum bayon bent over backwards to accommodate me. They were all very pleasant and made my stay enjoyable. I ended up leaving my bag at the hotel and they sent it to me for free! I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Pool, WiFi, great rooms, good location. More

The hotel is just far enough away from the "tourist" strip that it isn't loud at night, but close enough that you can easily walk and enjoy the markets and the bars and restaurants. I couldn't have asked for a more hospitable staff. They were always quick to respond when something was needed, and were helpful is us making travel... More

The hotel accommodations and food were really good, but what really stood out was the excellent staff. Exceptional customer service to make sure everything you need is taken care of. Short walk into town, or you can take a tuk tuk. Would definately recommend it. More

Easily a 4 star hotel with the price of a 3 star, Rooms are spacious clean, airy and modern. Staff are under the supervision of a well trained, caring and attentive manager with an excellent command of english. All are helpful who seem to go out of their way to make your stay special. The airport transfer did`nt work for me though... More

This hotel was floor to ceiling dark wooden walls and furniture! The rooms were clean. The bathrooms was fine but the shower didn't drain well so we ended up flooding the bathroom floor. The breakfast was basic but filling. We had trouble accessing the internet in the room but was able to access it for free in the lobby. The... More

Described as 3 star, easily 4 star in my book, in terms of luxury (check website prumbayonhotel.com) and impeccable service. All closely watched over by the very efficient and affable Mr Lim, who will go beyond the call of duty to help. Mr Lim has taken the time to educate himself not only in motel management, but also his grasp... More

Great staff, caring manager, spacious room, wonderful pool after a hot day in town or ruins. Reasonably priced menu and drinks. Hotel is a little out of the main hub, but Tuktuks are cheap. More

We traveled to Cambodia with G Adventures. The company had chosen this particular hotel. The staff was very friendly, courteous and attentive to our needs. The pool was a welcome relief after a day of exploring. My wife and I were very impressed with the manager. We had a minor problem which he resolved without us even asking for help. More

Great experience at this hotel, we were upgraded to the executive suite which was amazing. this hotel is in a good location down the street from the main strip, about a ten minute walk or an easy tuk tuk ride away. Breakfast was basic but good. More
