We spent here a couple of days after trekking in Torres del Paine. The receptionist, Ingeborg, was very helpful. She also gave us some useful tips on local activities. Breakfast is excellent do not miss it!. Also try Mauricio's soup, excellent after a day long trek. Hope this helps.

We had to stop in Puerto Natales, Chile on very short notice and the staff was excellent, easily accommodating our special requests. Hotel is right in the middle of town, so easy walk to sea or great dining.

small and cozy rooms; at least the standard room i had.. the room had no views but no need to be in room when you have Puerto Natales outside! The hotel has a pool with a nice view. breakfast is good and they have a very nice chilling lounge.
