Nice, clean place. Good breakfast, very nice people... Werner organized all the Torres del Paine trek for us. He is very nice, but not to organized. Still, he is always willing to help :) Definitely recommend!

Well, Puerto Natales is a pretty tiny town with few hotels to stay in. We decided to stay here because of its closeness to the main square, tours and restaurants. Lovely hostel. We had a double room, it wasn't en suite, but the bathroom facilities were very close and private. Best hostel breakfast we had in Patagonia. Wagner and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful regarding tours and dining etc.

We stayed for one night after W-hike and were very satisfied: Bigger-than-expected room (although quite basic - as expected) , clean bathrooms, good breakfast, convenient location. I definitely would recommend it.

Very nice place, central near plaza, great help. Help for bustickets, how to get to torres, where to rent gear. Breakfast is very oke. Couches in common area to relax. Nice dog montserat. Shower was special, hot and cold

A good B&B base camp for Torres del Paine on the quiet edge of the town center. Not in the heart of things, but still convenient and quieter for that needed rest pre- and post- trek. Werner and Cecilia are a very nice swiss and chilean couple that will give you full support (tips, rental of material, etc) about how to prepare the Torres del Paine hiking. Very good cost/benefit ratio!

The casa is only a 1-5 min walk from the main plaza and the central bus agencies (for instance when you arrive from El Calafate, Argentina). Our double room with private bathroom was very cosy and warm. The owners (Swiss German Werner and Chilean Cecilia) were very friendly, helped us arranging bus tickets and answering questions about Torres del Paine.... More
