This was most unlike my concept of a Sheraton Hotel. Its a large hotel and the rooms are very spacious.The room was well stocked with amenities. The lobby decor was very ornate and to me quite over the top

More like a Le Meridien property in that the design is quite contemporary and in places a bit uncomfortably dark. Nevertheless a solid hotel. Location is good with convenient subway entrance right outside the lobby.

Although visually this hotel promises all the right things, unfortunately it fails to deliver.
I chose this hotel originally because of its close proximity to the Hong Kong border, also because I normally stay in the Sheraton Dongguan, I expected this one to be superior as it is right in the middle of the Shenzhen's new business district.
