Hi I recently spent a few days at the hotel Sofiitel in Jinan Shandong China. The room was very clean and comfortable. The situation was good. Hospitality was excellent. I stay regularly at the Sofitel Silver Plaza. Particular front desk staff, restaurant staff and the Filipino band in the bar are excellent. Manager is also very helpful and friendly. I have stayed at the Sheraton, the Crown, and the Sofitel. The Sheraton was also good, but the service and the food is much better at the Sofitel.
