Stayed at all the brands in Ningbo but, the Sheraton is near the top. It's not the Shangrila but, I give it a very good. Facilities are well kept, staff try their best. Rooms are nice and well appointed. Excellent for a few day stay in Ningbo. More

The good: Big Grand Lobby, Beautiful rooms. It was very quiet the night I stayed. Shuttle to Shanghai is a nice bonus though long from "luxury". the day i arrived was a rainly day. the doorman helped with the luggages and escorted me to check in. all the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was big and comfortable. i enjoyed the whole stay. P.S. the gym facilities were outstanding!!!!! must check!!! More

Staff speaks english. Stayed there for 4 nights. Very nice hotel, clean, good food. Would come back. We had great room wih beautiful view all in windows. Hotel has free shuttle bus to Shanghai. More

Be sure and check out their spa, the foot massages are wonderful! Was told it was cheaper across the street but felt more comfortable staying in the hotel. Buffet is good as is the teppanyaki restraurant. Starbucks just outside hotel, a little taste of home! More

Stayed over two night at the Sheraton Ningbo and found it to be very good. The staff were more than friendly and tried to assist at end opportunity. The Gym Facilities were on par with any other hotels. The location also suited us as it was close to some restaurants and other business areas More

This is at least my fifth stay at the Sheraton Ningbo and will probably be my last. It was the first true western style hotel in Ningbo and there are now much better options available, which is unfortunate for the staff who are really very pleasant and helpful. I agree with Bluemesa.I have also tried all the 5 stars in ningbo and the Sheraton comes out top and that includes hotels like shangri la. Staff friendly and will try hard to get you what you need or want. English is not perfect but no hotel in china I have been to is any better ...but here they try.... More
