We spent four nights here on our honeymoon, encouraged by the near perfect trip advisor reviews! We were not disappointed. Arriving in hot, hot Cartagena after a six hour bus trip we were warmly welcomed, and led to a beautifully cool, lemon scented room and we couldn't believe our luck. The service is excellent, the rooms are beautiful, the pool... More

Unfortunately we had only one night at this wonderful hotel. The building itself is ancient and beautiful, oozing history, and although furniture and decorations are modern, they do not clash and the style is simple and elegant. We were served a delicious breakfast and the staff were wonderful. All in all, top ratings for this gem of a hotel.

What a lovely place and so convenient in the middle of the old town. Booked a twin room, but on arrival there was no twin room available, but so kind, the hotel gave us two separate rooms without any extra costs. Brilliant rooms spacious and lovely walk-in shower. Entering the hotel it reminded me of an old roman atrium with... More

Great location, service, facility. However, given the market, it is very overpriced by a factor of two. Beware of the room types, we didn't see any differences other than price. We came considering the possibility of a quick dive but the consolidation of the shops has driven the prices up. The shops also weren't very flexible so we'll take that... More

Small boutique with very modern rooms inside former bishop house. The combination is amazing if you make sure not to get a room on the Main Street... Certainly a good break from the Hilton and walking distance to all monuments within the fortified town.

I highly recommend this place. It is one of the most charming places to stay in the old town. The staff are very attentive and helpful and the place is super tranquil with music played throughout the evening to help relax. The breakfast is great and I would recommend ordering some cocktails and sitting at the very top of the... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for two nights at the end of our trip to Cartagena and we really liked it. The room was really very nice - it had a lot of character and was very large. (There was a bust of the Arzobispado in our room which kept startling us when you caught sight of... More

This boutique hotel is a beautifully restored Colonial home with a flair for the "old world". We stayed in the largest suite which is gorgeous, romantic, elegant and very private. The staff is wonderful, professional and accommodating. Leonardo, Samuel and Iris make you feel like you are a welcomed guest. The location is 3 short blocks from San Pedro Square... More
