Nice place, clean and enjoyable. Staff was friendly. Nice central place to be on the boardwalk. Rooms were comfortable. However, we went for the concert on the beach, and they heard Jimmy Buffet was playing, the room prices were jacked up in price 3x the amount. That's a shame.

Hotel guests were very friendly and acomedating .
