I never really write any bad reviews, but if you are looking to stay in AC, do not stay here. The rooms are outdated and smokey (it doesn't matter if they are non-smoking or not.) When I tried to change my room after I couldn't stay in the first "non smoking" room, I was met with major attitude at the... More

Booked a room at Bally's Atlantic City. While we checked it at Bally's our room was actually in the Claridge Hotel, built in the 1930's. The old Claridge Hotel is now owned and operated by Bally's. It was old, flithy rugs, ripped lamp shade, holes in walls, bath dark and musty, view of the a/c units. Shameful and misleading advertising.... More

After an approximate five year hiatus visiting Atlantic City, my wife and I decided to return for a night. Having never stayed at Ballys, we decided to give it a try. That won't happen again. We stayed at the Claridge Towers which is equivalent to a one star hotel. The room was old, worn, outdated, and the bathroom was dark... More

Call me spoiled. I'm a longtime customer of the Bally's, Harrah's, Caesars family of resort casinos. I love their Vegas properties. I was looking forward to my first time visit to Atlantic City, and expected the same quality, and customer service. Have to say I am disappointed. The property is center boardwalk, which is the only positive comment I can... More

I reserved a room with a king bed at Bally's, where my on-line payment was immediate for the first night and the cancellation for following nights was something like 72-hours in advance (in other words; you are not allowed to cancel your rooms). When I got there I was told all king rooms were gone, and that I would have... More

I'm not going into every detail but what an out dated and disgusting hotel. I go to my room and find mold on the bathroom wall, wallpaper peeling, sheets thrown on bed(Teach them to make a bed) and all the knob broken of the Jacuzzi. I called the front desk and was giving another room with an ocean view, go... More

Stayed at Ballys for a conference at the convention center Wednesday through Sunday. The two hotels our conference hotel booking used was the Sheraton and Ballys. We should have stayed at the Sheraton. Bally's is a $10 taxi ride or 15 min walk away from the convention center. We were walking until there was a gang shooting and death one... More

Ballys only positive attribute is the location. It was close to the boardwalk, outlets, and the convention center. The first two nights we stayed in the main building (Dennis tower) and the room was nothing special, but clean and comfortable. The one tiny window made it very dark, but we were not in the room most of the day anyway.... More

Only two people working check in. Long line, 45 minute wait.I stayed in Claridge Tower in their "Newly remodeled" ruby room. Small bathroom, one chair, my oceanview was of the pawn shop across the street! They had to give me four different keys before one opened my door! I will stay at Showboat, I would rather walk the entire boardwalk... More

At first blush, my room in the Dennis Tower seemed adequate. Not great...but adequate...about what you'd expect at a casino for one of the "regular" rooms... ...until I noticed the long hairs on my pillows...then the dried blood on one of the pillowcases (check the picture I uploaded if you think I'm kidding)...and finally the fingernail clippings on the bed....
