Honestly, I would have given the place a 4 or 5, until Elena started giving us prices for day trips to the other islands. She was anywhere from $15-$45 more per person per ticket. “Lovely hotel, great location”

I'm just back from a swim in a lagoon around the corner from this charming and comfortable hotel. The location is great. Besides the lagoon, we're away from the souvenir shops but close to the port and restaurants. Now, though, it's time to go sit out on the little balcony and look at the flowers.

“Friendly and beautiful place”

We had a group from the recent Polynesian Voyaging Canoes stay at an Apartment at Casa del Lago, and we loved it. Elena has become our friend and while we were there she helped us organize our days and made us feel at home. The setting is nice with plants and balconies, making for nice evenings relaxing on the balcony.
