On my first visit to Hurghada in 2009 my family and i had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms where of a good standerd,with exelent facilities,hairdryer,flat screen tv ect. Nice large hotel with beautiful swiming pools, with floating pier access to the sea for snorkeling. The room was clean, there were a lot of dining options and the food was excellent.You can use the slides in sister hotel Albatros Garden. The staff were polite and very friendly. We recommend this hotel especially for families.

Stayed here february 12. Just a fantastic place. Good room quality,some of the best dining options we have ever had. Pool area is marvelous, but during winter time only the smal pool is heated, so big pool keeps 13 degrees. Hotel is extraordinarly clean, relentless mopping, wiping & sweeping which apeears to never end. Low level employees are polite & helpful. We stayed in the Albatros Palace in November 2011. It is a beautiful hotel with lovely gardens and pool area, a lot of facilities and comfortable rooms.
