This is my second time at this hotel,and just as good.The hotel and gardens are spotless and the staff are really friendly they can not do enough to help you have a good holiday.Food is very good the buffet restaurant and the a la carte.Would recommend this hotel to anyone and can not wait to go back again.

Fabulous customer service. We eat lunch everyday in the Italien restaurant and the staff where incredibly friendly and smiley. Hossam and his team always provided excellent service and went out of thère way to make us feel welcome. They show Real Care and understanding for families with Young children. I Would highly recommend as a family holiday.
