I & my niece recently visited this hotel.Advantage is 24 hr check in.The rooms are clean & nicely decorated.The area is quiet though situated in Banjara area.The whole thing was pleasant surprise for us.

Have stayed here 2 years in a row. Found the rooms to be relatively clean. Beds very comfortable. Linen clean and rooms well serviced. Quiet spot (except for Diwali-no where is quiet then anyway!). Easy access back to shopping via auto rickshaw. Restaurant was friendly with good mix of Indian and western food. No complaints. Hot water a bit slow.

One of the terrible experiences in life, Not a secure hotel, Service Average, Trust - 0 (Zero) because things get stolen, the shower don't work properly, some times their is no hot water, food is average.

Good location and access to all spots in and around hyderabad city. Rooms are decent but for a 3 star hotel the service is below par. Even calling room service for a bottle of mineral water takes 15 minutes.

We were a group of 35 people, who landed into the hotel early in the morning. It wasn't a surprise though, but the hotel staff were well prepared and made our stay comfortable for the next four days. Though the conference arrangements were make shift, it wasn't much of a trouble either.
