We stayed 6 nights - and loved our stay. Behavior of Reception & House Keeping staff was courteous and cooperative. Food in restaurant was good - both breakfast and lunch / dinner - the choice in buffet was satisfying. Eating pleasure was enhanced by their excellent service with a smile. Food is good in quality, variety and service is friendly. Outside service was better than inside room. Room no 214 Air Conditioning was not effective and complaint was not looked into. Request for change of Room was not responded well. It is very well located for visiting places in City. The guidance / support from Travel Desk was satisfying.

“good castle stay in the middle of the city”

This is a well located hotel with a unique castle like construction. I really loved my stay there last year. You have access to lot of local attractions either by walk or a few minutes auto / cab ride. Service and food is also good, staffs are accommodating.

Its an excellent hotel with location near the lake and other places of interest like lumbini park and NTR gardens and multiplex prasad is also there. Neat and clean with very courteous staff. Good food too.
