Its a good budget hotel in Patna.STAFF,AMBIANCE and FOOD is great.It is located in the best part of city .it has good gym and spa ,perfect to stay,staff helpful and well-behaved.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.You can try BIHARI CUISINE as well as they are made good here.

My family and I had the most comfortable stay here. People were courteous, facilities were modern and service was top-class. Keep it up. Unfortunately, a very short stay in such a pleasant and comfortable hotel. The personal touch and the caring attitude feels more homey. It would be nice to spend more time at Hotel Samrat.

Thank you for an excellent stay I was fortunate to spend nearly 12 nights. The service was very good, the facilities high quality and the food delicious and with a wide selection. The gym and Sauna Bath were completed during my stay and I enjoyed their view. Thank you for your hospitality I will come again.

dirty toilets, untrained staff, electrical wires hanging out in the open, bulbs not working. pathetic television, broken tiles. Totally avoidable but then there is not much of a choice in this city :( The food was pretty decent.

This hotel is a bad choice to spent a night in patna. the lighting is bad, u can see bulbs hanging on an open wire from cieling. the room service is not proper. u ask for any utilities like toothpase and all they would ask u for money to get it purchased from outside.. the bed are not even. there...
