great hotel from check in to check out, no complaints and enjoyed our stay room was a delight to stay in and the cleanliness was exceptional add to that the our victory for the Kings Punjab !!! only thing is they try too hard for pushing memberships and general facilities - great spa services et all

“Great experience”

I really appreciate the service staff specially the young lady Tania and Sumit they made our evening memorable . My family really enjoyed and we had a great experience in cafe @ JW. Food is also very good specially I like the Indian cuisine .

“Attention to details, friendly staff”

Great experience. Great rooms, ok pool, grand breakfast. Best chance of spotting a celebrity in this hotel. It is also Kings XI's den. Loved the service. Wife loved the spa. Overall highly recommended.
