Stayed at this hotel because of a recommendation and location. Old facility - or looks old because of typically poor Indian maintenance. Cracked toilet, used, unchanged sheets, generally run-down. On the plus side, the service was good and the owner tried hard to please. I might stay here again if by myself but never with my family.

Was visiting Chandigarh with a big group for a long stay and found President very convenient. Decent location, good food, nice rooms and a wonderful owner. Family run place and personal attention given is nice.

I stayed at Hotel President, Sector 26 and it was a fantastic stay. The manager and the staff was very courtious and friendly. Indian food was marvellous.
