I have stayed here for GAP/INN since 2001 onwards on many occasions. This hotel has changed a little over the years except some changes in the reception area (restaurant is bigger, door is from inside the reception, coffee shop is not separate now but restaurant is coffee shop!)... rooms are similar over the years. Well been here a couple of times, this property earlier was a part of the Taj Group of Hotels, the rooms are well made and the food is impressive. Breakfast spread is very good. Its a nice place to stay for a short duration and more for business travellers.

Stayed there in May 2012 for two days. The hotel rooms are OK at that price. Food is good Breakfast is also good, staff is polite and helpful. The location is not that great. There is not much option for food and shopping near hotel

The service and the rooms are average. Don't expect anything great. The food on the other hand is really good. Khichdi was my favourite. The staff is alright but can still improve a bit. The location is a real advantage as you can get anywhere in 10-20 minutes.

Centrally located, near Ellisbridge has a simple ambience, friendly people, with Airport pick up and Drop. The food is excellent with a good portion or i would say value for money. Breakfast is simple, but you do not have to much of choice. Room are comfortable, clean and well spaced.

The Westend is located conviniently near Gujarat college just 20 minutes from mail railway station and about 30 to 40 minutes from the airport. I stayed their for a night on 1st of June. I didnot find the value component in the whole deal. More so when I found the quality missing. AC was making the room hotter and there have been a host of mosquitoes in the room ... along with small sized cockroaches. Very basic breafast as complementary. Positives: Yes the best... More

Have had a great experience staying in Westend whenever I have done so. First of all it is a very convenient location Secondly provides very clean and good rooms to stay at. The food is good and the room service is also exceptional. The board room is quite spacious and is suitable for meetings for 20 members.
