I Stayed there for one day and it was good in terms of well behaved and courteous reception.i stayed in single delux room.Room was spacious and well maintain.Service was prompt.its a value for money hotel,EXCEPT one thing...there is one annoying thing..a DOG.i dnt know its a owner pet or near and dear to some waiters.i encounter with that dog twice... More

to start with.. autos & taxis will not enter civil lines. so you have come around civil lines . location OK for those who has a vehicle. food- Very good, Service Very Poor. overall - Not a great experience

“A really comfortable stay....”

It was an awesome stay at viva destinations staff were courteous and well behaved , rooms were clean and fresh and well furnished. We had no problem while staying there away from hussles of city a quiet and beatiful hotel It was really a home away from home.

Demerits: 1. I am not sure how they rated this hotel as 3 star hotel. Inside the rooms the hotel looked like an average hotel in a village. 2. There is no heater inside the room. good decent hotel ,the in house restaurant was also good , the staff was very helpful and friendly, good location for people who would like to hav a silent surroundings in a posh location of civil lines ,near to rajiv chowk, most of the facilities are very near by overall a good stay

It is a good, economic place to stay in Gurgaon. Rooms are decent, location is also good, just at a walk-able distance from Rajiv Chowk. I liked their pickup service most from H.
