Front staff is rude, restaurant staff is also rude, far away from hospitality. Not a hotel for family. We checked in and checked out in four hours. Stayed during 3rd week March'12 . Inspite of clear booking advise , took them 20 minutes to trace the booking and check in . Imagine at 11.30 in the night if you are asked to wait so long . Otherwise rooms are good and breakfast spread was also excellent . A bit confusing floor plan though . More
