I was in manali from 25th March to 27th March. Rates are low. In case, you are budget conscious, then you may think this hotel subject to following deficiencies :- Food quality is hopeless. Central Heating system sound too much. You can't thing to sleep.

The hotel is located in an excellent location. Less than two minutes walk to Mall road. Great food and room service. Clean rooms with good view. The only issue was the outdated heaters, relatively small for the large room.
