We had instances of hot water stoppage in our bathroom and room service guy came within 2 minutes for an inspection and fixed the problem. This is best hotel across in manali . I really enjoyed with my friends . The hotel staff was very co operative. it was a very spacious room with a balcony of great view of mountains.
