i booked the hotel for my honeymoon...really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. he hotel is located in nice,remote place about 1.5 Km away from Mall Road. Disco is also available here .We got all the facilities that were promised....The food was also nice. Enjoy the visit here.

I didn't find any wow factor in hotel and also condition of hotel is poor, even super deluxe room is not so much impressive, staff is supportive but couldn't help us because top management is very poor. they ask extra charge for promised things,

The best part about the hotel was the view. As such the hotel ameneties were average. We unfortunately got a room which was hounded by pigeons the whole time. Which made the room extremely noisy during the day. The food was fine. and the hotel is surrounded by apple trees which is pretty nice.

The only good thing about the hotel was the view from balcony (only from few selected rooms). Otherwise the service was terrible. I had booked rooms in advance and when I arrived, they gave me the cheaper rooms and still charge me for earlier booked rooms. I argued with them but then chose to pay as they sounded like goons.... visited Manali on 18 Dec to 21 Dec11 during my honeymoon tour. never expected staying there would be so memeorable.I have taken Room no 12. View was very nice from the hotel, need some standardization to keep the place silent. Staff won't care for cleaning and all.. until unless we complaint. Hotel managers don't know how to speak with customer in English(Always speaks Hindi as many people don't know Hindi specially from south India). Other than this.. food was OK kind of...

This is one of he worst hotels in Manali. Reception people dont have the courtesy to talk to the customers. Roms are dirty/ food is worst.

Manali is very good place in summer holida, and hotel trishul food very good, but very very have nosey in the room so I can't sleep properly
