It is an excellent property, good decor and layout. Its a walkable distance from Nishat gardens, wth plenty of handicraft and other showrooms in the vicinity. Good, clean rooms, though room heating was not as good as the Heevan Pahalgam or Gulmarg properties. Food and room service was best here as compared to all the other Heevan properties in Kashmir.
