My company usually conducts meeting in this hotel...service is good...deserts are amazing..they make some sort of pine apple desert which is just amazing..never tasted something of that sort...conference halls are spacious

Ashraya international experience was very pathetic, hotel staff was very rude, evn hotel manager does not know how to speak. room service was very poor.electric system were very poor, my phone charger got burnt due to poor arrangements

The staff was rude and complained about people looking for cheap bargains through online deals. Hotel and rooms are unclean, bedsheet & towels were old and torn, food was bad, even basic toiletries are not provided.

Clean and well maintained lobby. good restaurant aadhithya. Polite and obliging staff. Tasty food....all are plus points. This is situated in the heart of the city and so this is a +/_ point. Very congested trafic with too many oneways...

Ashraya is great hotel. The location is opposite the Police Commissioner's office or home on Infantry road. The restaurant has fantastice thai cuisine and their Thai Green curry with rice is an excellent dish. Cubbon park is within walkable distance. The rooms are good, not 4 or 5 star though. Although the city limits of Bangalore are expanding exponentially, the downtown remains the same. Very close to GM road and Commercial rd, two minuet rick-shore drive away. Nice rooms good room service for late night food etc.Saves trekking around town late at night .Check in and out was easy, pleasant staff and helpful.
