We stayed at the Renai Hotel (formerly called the Renaissance Hotel) in Kochi, India, on two occasions, once in 1999 and, more recently, in 2012. The first time my husband had had surgery at the AMES Hospital, and this hotel was a nice place to recuperate after he was discharged. On our second trip in 2012, we visited friends in...

We had dinner at their Sea Food Restaurant. The Pork disk was just plain fat. The Chinese soup was Ok. The Prawn gravey, nobody touched it. The Prawn fry too went untouched. The Biryani was reasonably fine. The only thing that was good was the Appams.. they were perfect. The toilets were dirty, had a rat running about. The Credit...

A good hotel with very good prices. We were thinking that the rooms will not be upto the mark but it was not the case. Bathrooms however could have been better, but they were good in accordance with the prices we paid. Our breakfast was complimentary and they had a good variety in breakfast. The only drawback is mosquitoes are...

While we had a pleasant stay and the staff was very cordial, the hotel room and the corridors could definitely do with some maintenance and improvement. The corridor had a musty odour, which was not at all pleasant but thankfully it was not the case in the room. The bathroom was a tad small but it clean. Comfortable beds gave...

The restaurant was good with friendly staff. However, the reception and administration is very poor. They have charged Rs.450/- extra from me -as the cost of tainted pillow covers-in fact u can buy piloow covers with bed sheet with that cost,They need training on hospitality.Definitely this hotel is not recommended.

The pillows were in fact stained thrice during their Two day stay. After noticing the stain on the first day during our regular housekeeping services, the guest was informed about the same and also requested them to take care of The Mehandi that stained the pillow covers. Much to our regret no care was given and the pillows were again...
