it is extremely a very well managed property, with very good staff and service, especially people at the front desk were helpful, they went even out of the way to help us. The room we stayed had a balcony which really give you a view of the thevara back waters. this was a really winder ful experience. More

Room reeked of cigarette smoke, though we requested a non smoking room. Room was also not clean and I truly expected bed bugs to emerge. Riviera Suites is also in a poor location, not conducive to touring the main sites in Cochin. Staff is also next to useless. More

Loved this place,had a family reunion there and it was most conducive. Food is fabulous and room service is great . They help with anything.
