This is a very nice and cosy homestay in the center of Fort Cochin. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and helpfull. The rooms are small but upstairs there is a nice place were you can sit and have your breakfast. There is also free wifi available.

Mother tree is a small but good value bed and breakfast in the heart of fort kochin. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the chill out space on the roof provides the perfect place to relax in kochi. Overall a lovely place to stay!

The staff at mothertree from the beginning were welcoming and friendly. The rooms are priced for budget travellers but were worth alot more especially as they are in the lonely planet. Also the cleanest we found in our whole two months in India! They booked us a great backwater tour and took no commission and when I had a bad... More

The rooms are tidy, clean and neat with attached bathrooms. The price is reasonable. The location is tucked away from the busy parts of town so it's nice and quiet at night. Bed was comfy and breakfast of eggs, toast and coffee is included. The owners are nice and friendly and helpful, highly recommended!

Stayed here 3 nights and I found that the staff, especially Manager Shan, friendly and extremely helpful. Good location, and the best value for money I have had in India. Would highly recommend Mothertree to anyone.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Mother Tree B&B and can definetly recommend this accommodation. It is in a quiet area, but shops and restaurants are all nearby. The hosts are great and very helpful. We felt warmly welcomed. Rooms are small to normal size, but very clean and friendly. For us, it was the best guesthouse we stayed... More

The rooms are TINY, but nice. They are well kept and maintained on a regular basis. The bathroom was, again tiny, but it did the trick. The roof top chill out area is a good place to wind down after a day. I stayed in the room on the bottom floor, which had windows by the road so it was... More

Arrived in Mother Tree really late (11.30pm) but relieved to find the they had kept our room. We had a really delicious breakfast the next morning with good tea which we had been on a bad run of up to this. We immediately felt the staff we friendly and decided to return on our way back to through Kochi

Really nice place to stay in Fort Kochi, good lcation and really nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is pretty average but enough. I was the only guest what was kind of sad but it was off season so not unusual.
