Good food. Friendly staff. Room was comfortable . Well known and easy to reach in Kottayam. Overall, good value for money. I will definitely come back when I am on Budget travel. I've always enjoyed the food served in this hotel too

All the things available were working - right from late night check in to breakfast on the dot.Only surprise was to see a single bed in the room - havent seen that in a long time. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but not an underdelivery.

I travelled on work and found this place very good for business travellers. Basic facilities provided but whatever provid..ed is good. After a days work and travel i was able to relax well in the nice spacious room. Enjoed the luxury of room service and hot water in the bathroom The Tv was a bit dissapointing.
