Our room was clean and spacious, though the towels and linens were somewhat aged iand dingy. Staff really tried to be helpful and attentive, and provided whatever was needed quickly. I stayed with my wife over New Year's eve for 2 days!! Very nicely done decor. Warm Staff and it made the stay pleasurable. The hotel location is absolutely bang on!! Right in the heart of city on JM road!! On the flip side Non-Veg food unavailability! But absolutely recommended!! Lovely complimentary breakfast!! :) More

I stayed at this place for two days and found it comfortable. We stayed in a spacious and clean room. The bathroom was clean too. The staff was courteous though sometimes found them a bit lazy. Good facilities! More
