This is a 300 year old haveli turned into a heritage hotel. The owners of the Haveli are running the hotel and lives in the same compound. They are great hosts.
The hotel has an old time charm which cannot be ignored. The rooms are very well done with old artifacts and modern amenities and is really a good value...

Old haveli with often large / picturesque, well appointed, and always clean rooms. Some are more-or-less windowless marvels in stone, so not for the advanced claustrophobic. Pleasant courtyards, one with a resident tortoise. Good rooftop restaurant with fine views, including an impressive view of the fort. Located next to Gandhi Chowk, but well insulated from the noise and bustle.

We stayed in this attractive well-located hotel for two nights but discovered there was never any hot water when needed. When we complained they explained that the solar heating system produced insufficient hot water and they offered to bring us some in a bucket. Showering proved only to be possible from very late morning till very early evening. Apart from...

Very spacious with large bathroom too.
Beautiful courtyard
Good view from restaurant
Negatives
Hardly ever any hot water. This is totally unacceptable if you're paying nearly 4000 rupees for double room!
Room very dark
Room next door to reception so could hear all goings on and conversations...

We stayed here for 3 nights in February 2012 and overall liked the hotel a lot. It is a beautiful historic haveli still in the hands of the original family who live there and appear to take great pride in it. The rooms are large, clean, well decorated and atmospheric, centered around 2 lovely courtyards. The beds were comfortable.

a wonderful hotel; peaceful, great food, good management. The staff were all friendly. The only problem was getting breakfast before seven o'clock in the morning.

This haveli is located within 5 mins walk to the fort.
The rooms are slightly worn, however they are clean and comfortable. The bathroom was of a decent size. However the hot water was somewhat intermittent.
Free wifi which worked the whole time I was there.
The food from the roof top restaurant is very good.

Nachana Haveli is located just inside the outer fort walls & an easy walk from the main fort area.
The hotel is lovely, a small fountain in the central courtyard. Rooms are mostly in the ground floor except for two suites on the first floor.
We stayed in a room called 'Nandini'. The room was decorated with period furniture. Superb...
