If you complain about no internet in th room, they would claim that there is WiFi at restaurant, if you ask WiFi doesn't work there either, they would say "some work is going on". The photos make you believe that the rooms are big but they are in reality very small and congested. The area and approach is highly congested and DO NOT even think about this hotel if you are driving. They do have a LIMITED parking but thats what it is - limited. I will never go here again.

Two good things about this hotel. One is location. It's very near Jagdish Temple and City Palace (both at walkable distances). Another is the first look (yes, only the first look) of the rooms. NO Room Cleaning, TAP are not working, nosiy, cheap hotel with little bit make up. STRONGALLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Hotel is sonwhere in center of city with full night guaranteed DOG Barking and Traffic Noise. Over night room cleaing is alo not available.

This is a very good heritage hotel. Located at a very nice spot from where one can go to the city palace within 10 minutes on foot. All the shops are closed by. Jagdish Temple is a 5 minutes walk. Has a decent open air restaurant. But mosquito coil should be provided. Ask for the same from the hotel staff.... More

This was a lovely old Heritage Hotel with a garden restaurant The Whisling Teal where we had a lovely meal served by very friendly staff. Nothing special, needs a coat of paint. Gave up on roofyop restaurant for breakfast - no service. Note that the excellent but pricey Whispering Teal restaurant on the grounds has no connection with the hotel. They added a nonexistent hotel tax to our bill.
