Service is pathetic. No hot water in morning and breakfast is served very late and cold. Order cd coffee last night and realized the mistake at first sip. Staff makes so much noise out side room during night that u cant sleep properly. Staff enters room without knock or wait for permission. Basics of hotel is wrong.

checked-in with my entire family for a vacation. Great experience. Excellent rooms, very nice interiors. More than what we had expected. children were very happy playing in the bathtub. Food and room service were also very good. Restaurant was also good. well appointed interiors and good food. Strongly recommended.

Rooms are good but the bathrooms are real stinky and in bad shape. We stayed in 2 rooms and air condition on 1 was not working. Staff is courteous and helpful. The location is also not that good, corridor and restaurants are dark and not particularly inviting. Only good part is the size of the rooms and room furniture.
