It is probably best hotel if u wish to stay on the mall road. very near (2mins walk) to the mall road. The hotel doesn't promise good service as compared to few years back.If compared with room tarrifs of the hotel,it is not a good value for money.The only advantage is its location which is excellent.Rooms facing valley view are good one.Rooms other than valley view rooms do not give any view at all.

This property was managed by Carlson Hotels, under their Park Plaza brand till some years ago. Currently, its under private management. Which translates into poor service.
