The most memorable experience during this summer vacation was stay at this hotel. Perfect view of valley, decent rooms and services professional yet homely. Mr.Adarsh Sharma- Manager didnt feel like a stranger to us. Gopal, Sanjay and entire staff of restaurant and hotel were on the toes to serve. Food too was excellent. I will recommend this hotel for sure.

Location - Good Food - Pathetic Service - Pathetic Rooms - Average Staff - Not ready to listen what you want and what you mean Definately NOT value for money. You can get much better deals in other hotels. Stay away if you are in a mood to enjoy your holidays and not to get yourselves irritated.

Well we went to mussorie last year and stayed in this hotel buying deal directly frm the hotel .......it was nice.....experience jus hotel stairs i didnt liked very small and congested..........rooms were nice......food was good........but service was slow.......if u order room service........staff was good manager was good......he even gave us room after check out for changing purpose........over all fine ......
