At roughly usd 35 per room night, we had quite a few hotel options in Kuta to choose from but we decided to stay with AResidence in order to stay amongst the locals and explore the quieter residential area of Bali. The hotel provides basic yet clean accommodation. They upgraded us to the deluxe room which apart from a king... More

When it was new, it would be a nice hotel, but now is quite old and dirty. They don't know how to mantain the rooms nice as at their pictures. And, besides, the situation is really far form anywhere!!

We arrived at 4pm in local time. The hotel is near the central of tourism in bali. Near Discovery Mall, restos, and spas. It's just 5-10 minutes by taxi to reach this hotel from the airport. Actually they provide free transfers from and to the airport. We didnt know it yet after we order taxi by the receptionist. She told... More

It's located far from the main road about 10 min of walking distance, dark alley and dogs around. Anyway the staffs are friendly and helpful. The problems in the bedroom are the air-con was not cool enough, and the water shower was low. The breakfast is average not much of choice but it's good enough. Wifi only available in lobby... More

On the walk to this fine establishment you pass a smelly rubbish tip on your left, unused squatters building on your right, way too many dogs for just one area, and if you are luck you don’t get run down by either a taxi or a bike who are using this as a shortcut to avoid the main roads. After... More

My Fiance found this place through a friend who worked there but never hearing about it made me very worried about where we were staying. But I loved my stay here!! The staff at the front desk were so very helpful and friendly and on our last day, even gave us a box of tissues & cold drinks (we had... More

We stayed here for one night at the end of our trip, to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. The hotel's staff were very very accommodating, and no request was too much trouble for them. Arriving at the hotel with very negative first impressions after a walk down poorly lit, narrow alleyways (which also became a... More

the hotel itself is not bad with clean rooms and helpful staff. however, it is located quite far away from the downtown area. therefore, it's not convenient neither for shopping nor for sightseeing. there were many mosquitoes in the room. wi-fi only worked in the lobby area.

We stayed only 2 nights as our main trip was to go to Balian (2 hours north) for 2 weeks. All we wanted is a place to recoup from the long trip (fm QLD Australia with small kids) and pick up supplies before our journey, so it suited our purpose. We got 2 rooms side by side so that hubby... More

The hotel is located inside some alleys with no lighting. At night there were dogs out in the alleys and it wasn't nice walking through them at night. The hotel room was nice and new but not maintained. There were mushrooms growing out of the bottom of the sink! The staff were really nice though, and the communal area at... More
