Stayed at this fabulous hotel yet again. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and keep coming back. The ambience of the hotel is lovely. My friend and I just spent a week at Bali Ayu and we thoroughly enjoyed it. When we arrived, we were informed that we had been upgraded to a Superior room and shown to a lovely, spacious room with huge windows, a nice armoir, and a huge, open concept bathroom. “amazing staff!”

we stayed 2 nights in one of the downstairs bedrooms which was very clean, with tv,air-con and hot shower. the included breakfast that was served in the restaurant lovely and the staff super friendly! i loved the pool and the barkeeper was super helpful with all our questions! i would recommend it for sure!

I stay at the Bali Ayu every year when I visit friends in Bali. The staff are excellent, very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Rooms are very clean and food is delicious. We only spent 1 night here but wouldn't hesitate to use again......Staff were friendly & helpful...breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. Location is close enough to everything...just a short cab ride to Kuta....this hotel is in Seminyak, not Kuta
