My wife and I have just spent a week at the Peninsula and enjoyed it. As usual the staff were excellent, although the facilities are starting to date they were clean and everything worked. We have always found this a great place to stay with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. With the pool being a top place... More

No it really hapened. We were invited to visit the hotel, and our first impression had just been terrible. No smile from the receptionnist, no sense of hospitality at all. This promotion was supposed to do advertisement, but from my point of view, the hotel should first focuse on the training of its staff. This hotel is just abusing guest,... More

Basic Amenities are across the resort, dining, spas...Foot Reflexology at Sai Spa good. The owner AGUNG is a sai devotee and very happily takes you to Sai Ashram for the bhajans. We stayed for 7days in a 2 bedroom ,ground floor unit, very clean and comfortable. The staff are always helpful and the grounds are well manicured. The only flaw is the breakfast menu,a little more selection would be a bonus. Overall we had a great holiday. Would like to come back.

Our third stay in this resort. We have always found the staff very friendly and obliging. Resort is on the beach and convenient for shopping and dining. Pool area large and plenty of shady trees. Three dining areas cater for all tastes. Pub dining at front, poolside dining and enclosed air conditioned restaurant. We always purchased the weekly breakfasts which... More

I have been to the peninsula a few times now and it is starting to show its age. When I first went with my family as a late teen I thoroughly enjoyed my time there but now as a mid twenty year old living in bali this end of the island and this kind of hotel just doesn't hold my... More

It's not a luxury resort, but very decent for couples and families not looking to splurge. Desk staff is very helpful and gave several great discount recommendations that allowed us to avoid the expensive tourist tours. Won't blow your mind, but is quite comfortable. Rooms features kitchens that allow you to really stay on the cheap. Swimming pool was being... More

We have been coming here for a few years now. In the beginning it was very good but on our last two visits I have had a few concerns. One thing that needs to be addressed are the tiles around the entire pool area, as well as the areas adjacent They are very slippery when wet and downright dangerous. In... More

We have been members for a few years now and i must say the location is good but the staff are great. Very helpful and friendly. The place however is starting to get a bit run down. Sometimes the smell is a bit strong in the bathrooms. There are loose and missing tiles in the swimming pool and the tiles... More

Overall, the hotel was very good. Clean, friendly staff, wide range of food and plenty of activities nearby. Our 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The beach was mostly clean but needed a daily clean (the local washed up rubbish was cleared each morning). On the day we left, the pool was being re-tiled so it should be... More
