Staff was very warm and friendly and accommodating. I was traveling with my 14 month old son and the staff was great with him. Definitely a family friendly place. The room was large and very clean. Hotel is approximately 100meters from the water with very close beach access. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast is fine as well as the service with friendly staff. Great swimming pool and very strategic location of the hotel, close to the beach, restaurants and any other interesting places in Sanur. The room where we stayed was ok, old style and shady but at least was clean.
