We searched for a tranquil hotel in Ubud and we got it. The room is big as pictured and we've got new room. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is tasty either Indonesian or American breakfasts, We can still view the ricefields. The downsides are: - far from the city - there are no coffee maker/tea maker -... More

Looking at the photos on the website and given the cost of a room we were expecting something a lot better. Main gripe is that the whole place needs a good clean, mosquito nets were grey and stained and our suite smelt of cigarettes. next door is a building site where the builders and their families are living in shacks,... We stayed two nights in a deluxe villa and overall it was a pleasant stay. Positioned at the dirt road section of Bismah Road, these villas are a little bit away from central ubud but this makes you feel like you are definately in Bali amongst the rice fields. You can walk into ubud ( about 30min walk away) or... More

Even though the rooms are very big, and staff very friendly, it a good 20-30 mins walk into Ubud centre, with no lighting at night on a very poor road. Staff were helpful and took me into town for dinner and back at extra cost, but I would not choose this place again. Also no TV or fridge in the... More

The staff are friendly and very helpful, breakfast is basic but nice, good pool. Quiet, but the night duck quacking from the adjoining paddy fields is a bonus. Links to webistes that promote Bali nightlife were confusing as this is not a nightspot. I enjoyed a room with a sunset view over rice fields. I did not see a refrigerator,... More

Reminded me of the old Ubud surrounded by rice fields . Very clean, light, large rooms with patios or balconies. We had the family rooms upstairs - 2 large separate rooms with adjoining balcony. Only about 9 rooms so often quiet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Made to order breakfast everyday. Down a ways on partially paved and dirt... More

Ok, so its not a 5 star resort, but it is a small, quiet, clean and beautiful little place to stay. A short walk to all the action incuding the Monkey Forest Sanctuary. The staff are friendly and aim to please. When we arrived, we felt like we had the place to ourselves. We had the cheaper room on the... More

We had problems to find a hotel in Ubud because it was august and by the independence day, so we wanted to go to Tegal Sari (good price and service) or Komaneka (it was so expensive) Isn't a lovely hotel but the service is so nice, specially Gede. It's important that you get upstairs rooms, and better from the last... More

Traveled with a friend and stayed for 8 nights, primarily because we were too lazy to pack our stuff up and move. Other places had better gardens, seemed cleaner with more to offer. I was always poking my head in various accomodations for future travel to Bali. Also, many places less expensive. Nevertheless, we were on the upper floor overlooking... More

What an odd experience this hotel was. There don't appear to be any other guests. The front desk is always empty, we had to run around looking to pay someone when we left! The rooms have big cracks in the walls, the floor was covered with ants (we stayed in a downstairs unit). That said, the room was big and... More
