The staff is friendly but the accomondation were we stayed in (superior room) 2 seperate beds is just AWFUL. It's the worst room I ever tried to sleep in no I did not sleep at all. It smelt bad in there there was mold al over the place and you could not open any window for fresh air except the... More

We stayed in a variety of hotels in Ubud and more on Bali and Teba house is our favourite across the board, we ended up staying three weeks! The breakfast was always good and changed every day, I love how they brought a thermos of hot water a couple times a day for coffee; and I purchased my own herb... More

Teba House is close enough to lots of different attractions without being in the middle of all of the traffic. The family who run the hotel were helpful and friendly. We even arranged travel back to Sanur with Agus, the owner, who drove us to the ferry drop off to Lembongan. He charged much less than the going rate for... More

We stayed in a standard room for 6 nights at Teba House. The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. Our room was cleaned each day without us having to ask. The wifi was strong and worked in the room. Breakfast was great - each morning there was something different and it was brought to you terrace for you to... More

We stayed in Sept 2010. This is no-frills but comfortable. If you're traveling on a budget, this is a good deal. WIFI works in rooms. The porches in front of each room are nice. Beautiful courtyard. Lots of flowers. Great, central location. Quick walk to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff. Breakfast was included... More

a really beautiful gem in the heart of ubud. the newly open (well-stocked) coco supermarket is just a pleasant 3 minutes walk away. the floor is always very clean and i don't feel like i need to wear slippers in the room, it's a first :) i don't know how they manage to keep the floor so clean. Agus and... More

I had to ask for a towel and toilet paper and had to ask every time I needed the toilet roll replacing. I watched the room being 'cleaned' from across the garden. The floor is swept and the bed sheets pulled straight. They didn't even go in the bathroom. I should have had aircon, but that was taken, so was... More

I've now stayed 4 times at this priceless gem. Bapak Ketut, Ibu Ayu and their son Agus have turned this place into a perfect retreat for budget traveller like myself. Our favourite room is the only bungalow with air condition, hot shower, two big single beds and a small verandah. We sat there most of the time chatting to the... More

This is a charming balinese style hotel. We had the superior room, located on the second floor so instead of a very public terrace we had a private balcony. The room was extremely simple (for example there were no sheets on the bed) and the bathroom was depressing. The staff was a bit too intrusive: they will bring the breakfast... More

Teba House is located on a quiet street right behind the hustle-bustle of the Hanuman street and hence most of the locations in Ubud are just a walking distance away. It is a family run place and hence very beautifully kept. Agus (the owner) and his whole family are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the rates are just... More
