“GOOD LOCATION”

Grand serela is a good location in Bandung. The hotel has an excellent service and also staffs. The room is clean and nice. Location within the reach of Factory outlets. The Staffs are very friendly , a good thumb for Mr Tisna. I would wish all the best for the staffs in Grand Serela.

My family and me are happy with the hotel service and the room is excellent, clean and spacious. The location is very convenient near to shopping outlet. The breakfast choices is excellent too. “Pleasant and Memorable Stay”

We stayed here for 3 nights. Nice and cozy hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room is clean and quite spacious for deluxe room. Variety buffet spread for breakfast. But, it would be nicer if they alternate the menu. Walking distant to Factory Outlets (Danar Hadi Boutique, Stamp, Heritage, etc). There is convenience store just next to lobby.

“Good location, great service!”

The hotel staff is really helpful and friendly. Price is very reasonable, with decent breakfast choices. The Spa price is very reasonable too. Overall a very pleasant experience for my hubby n I. The room is very clean.
